About this trip

Nature isn’t a place we go; it’s who we are. Join me as we embark on a gorgeous journey in the heart of Sweden allowing yoga, nature and community to open our hearts and remind us of the light that is inherent in this world.

For four days we’ll immerse ourselves in heart-expanding experiences, surrounded by the beauty of Mälardalen and held by lake, farm, and forest. The retreat takes place during the peak of Swedish summertime, and holds 60 people. No prior yoga experience is needed; just show up as you are. Bring your joy! Your sadness. Your fears. Your hope. Bring your longing; for friendship, for togetherness, for the reminder that you are not alone. All is welcome here.

Cancellation Policy

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. The deposit reserves your room at Kämpasten and is non-refundable.

Up until July 1st, the remaining retreat fees (outside of the deposit) are fully refundable if you for any reason have to cancel.

Within 30 days of the retreat, the retreat fees are refundable only if we are able to fill your spot in the program.

The deposit assures each participants commitment to the journey – but we know that life happens! Unexpected cancellations will always be reviewed with love and understanding, on a case by case basis.
